CIEH Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering

This is a six-day advanced level Food Safety course designed for senior personnel who have a responsibility for managing Food Safety within their business. This might include food business owners, regional or division managers, Food Safety trainers and auditors. Successful candidates will be able to deliver Level 2 (basic) level training to other staff (with appropriate training skills).

Assessment
Two assignments and a written examination.
