PSNA Introduction to Fire Safety

This 1 1/2 hour course is designed as an induction for all new staff or can be used as a refresher for existing staff. We will attend your place of work for a half day or full day and run multiple sessions for groups of up to 16 delegates per session.

After completing this course, delegates will: be able to: List the damage that can be caused by fire Explain the control measures needed for fire protection Explain the requirements for fire - the 'Fire Triangle' Describe what action to take on discovering a fire List ways of putting out a fire Explain what different types of fire extinguisher and fire blankets are used to extinguish	Introduction to Fire Safety Fire protection and prevention Action on discovering a fire Fire evacuation procedures
