We provide our clients with a helpdesk facility for managers and team members to call with any environmental health related queries including food safety, health and safety, fire safety, licensing, trading standards etc.Our friendly, knowledgeable and experienced team of Duty Consultants and Client Services Advisors can offer expert advice and information, as well as liaise with enforcement authorities (Environmental Health Officers, Trading Standards, Fire Officers etc) on your behalf.
All telephone conversations and correspondence are logged on our specially designed secure online database. This not only provides clients with permanent due-diligence records but also enables us to produce regular reports summarising the issues being faced across your business to be used for trend analysis etc.
Office hours are 9.00 - 5.30 Monday to Thursday and 9.00 – 5.00 on Friday however our helpdesk number is manned 24/7 and we always have an experienced Duty Consultant on call to deal with any emergencies outside of office hours.
